Junior Market Analyst

Key responsibilities

  • Acting as Junior Market Analyst with the responsibility to support an international project team which manages the client´s global customer satisfaction survey operations
  • Support of the senior project leadership in project management tasks (status reporting, risk management, issue tracking and resolving, project controlling)
  • Translation of customer feedback into English language and creation of corresponding reports
  • Coordination of tasks of various counterparties within the international project team
  • Managing client requirements together with the senior project leadership

Qualifications

  • Fluent English, other languages highly welcome (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Portuguese, Russian)
  • University degree, preferably in Management domain
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
  • Ability to work independently and to determine an appropriate priority of tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with high number of individuals across all levels in a multicultural environment
  • Openness for gaining new technical knowledge in domain of statistics, IT and customer care
  • IT affinity
  • Sound MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Strong customer and target oriented personality
  • Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
  • Experience in Automotive sales and aftersales business, customer care, customer satisfaction including knowledge in relevant satisfaction metrics is an advantage
